We’re super-excited that Brisbane underground legend Matt Kennedy will be playing a solo set in Sonic Sherpa in support of his killer band Kitchen Floor‘s recent album None Of That! Kitchen’s Floor have been taking Brisbane music to the wider world for years – Sydney’s Repressed Records calls them the “worldwide kings of downer punk” -and it’s going to be awesome to have Matt play these songs on his lonesome in such an intimate setting.
Joining him for the occasion are rising Sydney neo-folk outfit Daily Toll – who for 30 consecutive weeks had their songs played on Kennedy’s iconic 4ZZZ radio show Underground Australiana – making this a seriously cool double-header not to be missed!
