Debut LP from Wollongong’s post-hardcore/garage duo, Chimers. The band has been hot to trot in 2023, playing with the likes of Built To Spill, The Mark Of Cain, Mudhoney, The Beasts, Cable Ties and more, recently playing some smokin’ shows in Melbourne.
Sonically, they hit the mark in a kind of aggro and emotive vein similar to Husker Du, Wipers, Jawbox, Rites Of Spring, Wire, Fugazi, etc (despite sounding intrinsically Aussie). Totally great stuff wrapped in a handsome package.
