Limited edition red vinyl with bonus live album!
Set for release on December 13, 2024, Ultimo – the new album by Oz rock legends The Beasts (the artist formerly known as The Beasts Of Bourbon) – features nine fresh new songs, with songwriting contributions from Baker, Salmon, Perkins and Suj-dovic. The album showcases the band at their peak and serves as the final chapter, as the title suggests.
Accompanying the new studio album, featuring a self-portrait by James Baker on the cover, will be the bonus Limited Edition Vinyl album recording, titled The Beasts Alive.
Recorded across two sold out nights during the 40th Anniversary of the Beasts of Bourbon shows at Sydney’s Factory Thea-tre and Melbourne’s Croxton Bandroom in April 2023, this 11-track live re-cording includes a collection of Beasts’ classics & fan favourites (none of which appeared on the Limited Edition 5-track 45RPM 12” ‘be suburban’ which quickly sold out).
Ultimo & The Beasts Alive will be released as a double gate folded Vinyl (with Ultimo on red vinyl) .
